Grok does not post to social media on its own. Antwork is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector you add as a custom connector at grok.com. You connect each account once on that platform's own login screen, and from then on Grok drafts, schedules and publishes to LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest from the conversation, through each platform's official API.
Each platform has its own rules. The guides cover the setup, what that platform accepts, and what to ask.
