Which one to use

Picking an X (Twitter) size

The header is a wide 3:1 strip at 1500 × 500. Your profile picture overlaps its lower left, so anything placed there is covered.

Images in a post sit at 16:9: 1600 × 900, or 1200 × 675 if you are sizing for the app. A link card uses 800 × 418.
