Social Media Connection Data - Application Functionality Only
Important: When you connect your social media accounts (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Threads, TikTok) to Antwork, the data we receive from these platforms is used exclusively and solely for the application's core functionality:
- Publishing content to your connected accounts
- Managing and scheduling posts
- Providing analytics and performance insights (if applicable)
- Displaying your account information within the application
This social media platform data is never used for advertising, selling to data brokers, training AI models, marketing communications, or any purpose outside of our application's functionality.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

- Disconnect Social Accounts: Remove social media account connections at any time through your account settings
6.1 Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your social media account data stored in Antwork. We provide a dedicated Data Deletion Request page that allows you to request deletion of your connected social media account data.
How to Request Data Deletion:
- Visit our Data Deletion Request page
- Enter the email address associated with your Antwork account
- Check your email inbox for a verification link
- Click the verification link to confirm your deletion request
- You will receive a confirmation code to track your request status
What Gets Deleted:
- All stored social account connections (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Authentication tokens and access tokens
- Any cached content from these platforms
Note: Your AntWork account and other data (workspaces, posts, campaigns) will not be affected. Only social media account connections will be removed.
Request Processing:
- Deletion requests are reviewed manually by our team to prevent unintended deletions
- Processing typically takes 24-48 hours after review
- You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information, brand profile data, knowledge base content, campaigns, and scheduled posts within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Published posts on social media platforms will remain on those platforms unless you delete them directly through the platform.
AI-generated content and usage statistics may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form for platform improvement purposes, but will not be associated with your personal information. Social media platform data (including Google/YouTube user data) is never used for AI model training or improvement purposes.
