Discord announcements

Schedule Discord announcements from ChatGPT or Claude.

Connect a channel with its webhook, tell your AI what is shipping, and approve the post. Antwork sends it to the channel on schedule, with mentions switched off so nobody is pinged by accident.

Your community lives in Discord. Your announcements live in your head.

Sound familiar?
  • The release went out on Tuesday. The Discord post went out on Thursday.
  • The same update, retyped for the channel after you wrote it everywhere else.
  • One @everyone in a draft away from pinging the whole server.

Antwork turns one conversation with your AI into announcements that go out on time.

From a sentence to a scheduled week.

No new app to learn. It works inside ChatGPT, Claude or the Antwork app.

  1. Make a webhook, paste it once

In Discord, make a webhook for the channel under Server Settings, Integrations. Paste its URL into Antwork, then ask Claude or ChatGPT for the post.

  2. Edit what you want, approve the rest

Antwork cannot read the channel, so share an announcement you liked and your AI follows it. Nothing goes out until you say so.

  3. It posts on schedule

Pick the times, or let your AI spread the week. Posts go out from our servers, even with your laptop closed.

Your tone, from your example

Announcements that sound like your community, not a press release.

A webhook can post but not read, so there are no past messages to learn from. Paste an announcement you were happy with and your AI follows its length, its emoji and how it signs off. You keep the edits and the final word.

  • Works for every Discord channel you connect
  • You approve every post before it is scheduled
Safe to send

Mentions never ping, and every file is checked before it goes.

Antwork sends every message with mentions switched off, so @everyone, @here and role mentions in a draft show as text and notify nobody. Each attachment is checked against Discord's 10 MB limit for a server without boosts before the post is scheduled, not after it fails.

  • Up to 10 images and videos in one message
  • Delete it in Antwork and it leaves the channel
$0for your first 2 accounts

Start with Discord free. Pay only if you go past 2 accounts.

After that it is $5 a month per connected account. No monthly post cap on any account, no seats, no card to start.

Scheduling on Discord, answered

Can you schedule messages on Discord?
With Antwork, yes: connect a channel through its webhook and schedule posts up to 30 days ahead, from ChatGPT, Claude or the web app.
How do I connect a Discord channel?
Make a webhook for it: in Discord, open Server Settings, Integrations, Webhooks, New Webhook, pick the channel and copy the webhook URL. You need the Manage Webhooks permission. Paste the URL into Antwork. Each channel you connect is one account. Source: Discord Developer Docs
Will a post ping @everyone?
No. Antwork sends every message with mentions switched off, so @everyone, @here and role mentions show as text and notify nobody.
How big can attachments be?
Up to 10 images and videos per message, each at most 10 MB, Discord's limit for a server without boosts. A webhook cannot tell whether the server is boosted, so Antwork holds every file to that limit.
Does Antwork show reactions or views for Discord posts?
No. A webhook can post and delete its own messages but cannot read the channel, so there are no metrics for Discord posts.
Which name do the posts appear under?
The name and avatar you gave the webhook in Discord. Change them there and later posts use the new ones.
Is Antwork free for Discord?
Antwork is free for 2 connected accounts with no monthly post cap; each account after that is $5 a month.
