These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms. Under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials without authorization
- Use the materials for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

- All activities that occur under your account and any workspaces you own or manage
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
- Ensuring your use of connected social media accounts complies with their terms of service
- Reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is published
- Ensuring all content you create, schedule, or publish complies with applicable laws and platform policies
- Maintaining the accuracy of your brand profile and knowledge base information
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can reasonably produce
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
Usage Limits
Your use of the Service may be subject to limitations based on your subscription plan, including but not limited to: number of social accounts, scheduled posts per month, AI credits per month, number of workspaces, storage limits, and API rate limits.
AI credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features such as content generation, campaign planning, and post optimization. Credits are calculated based on actual token usage from our AI models. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
Our Content
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of antwork and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
This includes content you create manually, AI-generated content created using our AI features, brand profile information, knowledge base data, campaign information, and any media you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and publish all content through the Service.
AI-Generated Content
Our Service includes AI-powered content generation features. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may require your review and editing before publication. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all AI-generated content before it is published to your social media accounts.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or may not align with your brand voice or requirements. You are solely responsible for any content published through the Service, whether manually created or AI-generated.
Service Availability
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. antwork makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall antwork or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
Billing
Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information as needed.
Subscription plans include different limits for social accounts, scheduled posts, AI credits, and workspaces. Usage is tracked in real-time and displayed in your account dashboard. If you exceed your plan limits, certain features may be restricted until you upgrade your plan or your billing cycle renews.
AI Credits
AI credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features such as content generation and campaign planning. Credits are calculated based on actual token usage from our AI models. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified in your plan. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused AI credits.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through your account settings.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of the Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.
Our Service integrates with multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Threads, and TikTok. By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize us to:
- Access your account information and profile data
- Publish content on your behalf according to your scheduled posts
- Manage your social media presence as directed by you
You are responsible for ensuring your use of our Service complies with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines. We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms that may affect your accounts or content.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
