An account won't connect
The most common problem by far, and usually Instagram: its sign-in screen refuses a personal account and never sends you back, so it looks like nothing happened. Facebook needs a Page you manage, and YouTube needs a channel.
Instagram disconnected my account
Instagram decides how long a connection lasts, and it cuts off new accounts more often than established ones. What to do depends on what Instagram said.
A post didn't go out
A failed post says why on the post itself. These are the reasons we see most, per platform.
My AI can't attach an image or video
Usually the link needs a login, or it is a web page rather than the file itself.
Antwork refused to schedule a post
Each account has a daily posting limit, and X and Threads posts need some space between them. The refusal says when the post can go out.
My AI can't reach Antwork
The connector is not added, not signed in, or pointed at the wrong workspace.
