Listing workspaces

Every workspace you own, with the id `workspaceId` takes everywhere else.

Oldest first, and not paged: an account has a handful. A deleted workspace is not listed, because nothing can be posted to it. With one workspace you can leave workspaceId out of every other call. Needs the read scope.

brandVersion goes up whenever the name, website, logo or settings change. If you cache a workspace, refresh it when the number moves.
