Can ChatGPT post to TikTok?
Yes, through an app.
ChatGPT can post and schedule TikTok videos through Antwork, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) app listed in ChatGPT's app directory. You connect Antwork there, sign in, and connect TikTok once on TikTok's own login screen. From then on ChatGPT writes the caption and the hook, then publishes your video or schedules it for the day and time you name, from inside the conversation. Antwork posts through its own TikTok app, which passed TikTok's Direct Post audit on 19 October 2026. That matters because TikTok restricts apps it has not audited to private posts, so a tool on an unaudited app can publish a video that nobody else can see.

Can ChatGPT connect to TikTok?
Yes. Antwork is the connector: you connect Antwork's official app from ChatGPT's app directory, approve TikTok once over OAuth, and from then on ChatGPT drafts, schedules and publishes to your account from the chat itself. No API key, no browser extension, no copying between tabs.
Is there a native ChatGPT connector for TikTok?
ChatGPT does not post to TikTok on its own: without an app it writes a caption you paste into TikTok yourself. TikTok's own MCP server, from TikTok for Business, runs ads rather than organic posts. ChatGPT's app directory lists Antwork, an official app built for publishing: you click Connect, sign in, and its drafting, scheduling and publishing tools appear in the composer, with no API key, no TikTok developer account and no browser extension.
Can ChatGPT post to TikTok?
Yes, with an app connected. With Antwork, ChatGPT writes the caption for a video you provide, shows you the post, and publishes or schedules it to your TikTok account once you approve. Nothing goes out until you ask for it, and ChatGPT asks for your permission before an app writes anything.
How do I schedule TikTok posts from ChatGPT?
Attach the video, ask for a caption, and give a day and time, such as "schedule it for Friday at 6pm". ChatGPT saves the post as a draft in Antwork, you pick who can see it from the settings link it gives you, and it is scheduled once you confirm. Antwork schedules up to 30 days ahead and publishes at that time whether or not the chat is still open; you can move or cancel a scheduled post from the chat or the web app. TikTok's own scheduler, by comparison, reaches 10 days ahead.
Will my TikTok posts be public?
They can be. Antwork has passed TikTok's audit, so TikTok offers the same audience options it shows you in the app, including everyone, rather than only private. TikTok requires you to choose the audience yourself for each post, so you pick it in Antwork, from the settings link ChatGPT gives you with the draft, before it goes out.
Can I attach the video in ChatGPT?
Yes. A video you attach in the ChatGPT conversation, up to 100 MB, goes onto the post. ChatGPT's mobile apps do not pass the file on, and a larger video, up to 1 GB, goes in through the media link ChatGPT gives you with the draft, which opens the post in Antwork with the media picker open.
What can I set on a TikTok post?
The settings TikTok asks the creator to choose: who can see the video, from the options TikTok offers your account; whether comments, Duets and Stitches are allowed, all off until you turn them on, as TikTok requires; and whether the video promotes your own brand or a paid partnership. You set them in Antwork from the settings link ChatGPT gives you with the draft. ChatGPT cannot choose them for you.
How long can a TikTok video be?
Up to 10 minutes, or less if TikTok allows your account less: Antwork asks TikTok for your account's own maximum before it posts. The file can be up to 1 GB, Antwork's upload limit, in MP4, MOV, MPEG, 3GP, AVI, at 9:16, 16:9, 1:1. The caption can run to 2,200 characters.
How many TikToks can ChatGPT post a day?
On the free plan, each TikTok account can publish up to 15 posts in any 24 hours through Antwork, 25 on a paid plan, with up to 100 waiting on the calendar for free. TikTok also limits how many posts any app can make to one creator account in 24 hours.
Can ChatGPT see how my TikToks performed?
Not yet. Reading views, likes and your past videos needs two more TikTok permissions, and TikTok is still reviewing Antwork's request for them. Until then ChatGPT can draft, schedule and publish, and tell you whether each post went out, but not how it did. Paste a caption or two you like and ChatGPT will match them.
Can ChatGPT delete a TikTok after it is posted?
No. TikTok's API gives apps no way to delete a video, so a live TikTok is removed in the TikTok app. A draft or a scheduled post that has not gone out yet can be deleted from the chat.
How is this different from Zapier, n8n or an integration toolkit?
What drives the action. In a workflow builder, ChatGPT is a node inside an automation you maintain. With Antwork, drafting, scheduling and publishing to TikTok are tools ChatGPT operates directly in the conversation, and the platform's limits are enforced server-side rather than being whatever the flow happens to carry.
Do I need an API key to connect ChatGPT?
No. Antwork connects over OAuth — you approve a consent screen in the browser and you are done. There is no key to generate or paste into a URL, which is how most social MCP servers handle it.
Do I need a paid account?
No. Your first two connected accounts are free forever, with unlimited workspaces and no monthly post cap, and there is no plan gate on MCP access.
Will ChatGPT post without showing me first?
Not unless you ask it to. Drafting and publishing are two separate steps: the agent writes, shows you the draft, and only publishes when you confirm.
Does the writing sound like AI?
It writes like the examples you give it. TikTok does not let Antwork read your past posts yet, so paste a caption or two of yours that you like and the agent follows their tone and length, up to 2,200 characters.
