Short answer: to have your AI publish and schedule LinkedIn posts, use a hosted server on LinkedIn's official API, such as Antwork (free for 2 accounts) or Postiv (a paid LinkedIn suite). To read profiles, search people or send messages, the servers that can do it automate a browser.

MCP servers, compared
Which servers exist for posting from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, checked against each one’s own docs.
Meta publishes no Instagram MCP server, and neither Anthropic nor OpenAI ships an Instagram connector. Every Instagram MCP server is third-party.
Meta does ship an official MCP server, at mcp.facebook.com/ads, but it manages ads. Its documentation describes reporting, campaigns, catalogs and signals, and says nothing about organic Page posts. Every MCP server that publishes to a Facebook Page is third-party.
Meta ships three official MCP servers: Ads (mcp.facebook.com/ads), Social Technologies for developers (mcp.facebook.com/devtools) and WhatsApp Business Tools. None of them publishes an organic post to a Facebook Page, an Instagram account or Threads.
Eight social media tools now run a hosted MCP server you can connect to Claude or ChatGPT: Buffer, Metricool, Postiz, Ayrshare, Zernio, AdaptlyPost, Hootsuite and Antwork.
Claude connectors are how Claude reaches your other apps. Anthropic's help center says they let Claude 'access your apps and services, retrieve your data, and take actions within connected services'.
ChatGPT apps are now called plugins. OpenAI's developer docs are titled Plugins, 'Build and publish plugins with skills, MCP servers, and optional UI', and the directory lives at chatgpt.com/plugins. A plugin can bundle one or more apps, the connections that let ChatGPT 'take supported actions in the connected service'. You add them from Settings, then Plugins.
We found no YouTube MCP server published by Google. Every one here is third-party, built on the YouTube Data API or on yt-dlp.
Pinterest has announced an official MCP server at api.pinterest.com/mcp, but on 15 October 2026 its page still asks you to sign up for updates for when it launches. Pinterest's June announcement describes campaign, analytics and keyword insights, built with advertising alpha partners. Every server you can use today is third-party.
Short answer: to have Claude or ChatGPT post to X, use a hosted server that connects X through its own approved app, so you never create a developer app or pay X's API bill yourself. Antwork (free for 2 accounts), Blotato, OpenTweet, Postiz, PostMCP and Buffer work that way.
Short answer: to post TikToks from Claude or ChatGPT, use a hosted server whose TikTok app has passed TikTok's Direct Post audit, so posts can go out publicly. Antwork (free for 2 accounts), Blotato and Upload-Post say theirs has.
