Connect links

A link per platform that connects, or reconnects, an account to this workspace.

Open a link in the browser of the person who owns the social account: they sign in to the platform there, and the account appears in GET /api/v1/accounts. The same link reconnects an account whose tokenHealth says it needs it. Needs the read scope.

Links work until expiresAt, 15 minutes after the call. Ask for them when someone is about to click, rather than storing them. requirements says what an account must be for its connect to work, such as an Instagram Professional account.

Disconnecting an account is not on the API: it can change what the account is billed, so it happens in the web app.
