Connected accounts
2 includedEvery workspace includes 2 connected social accounts at no cost. There is no trial clock on them and no card required to reach that number.
Crossing the allowance
Connecting one more is a purchase rather than a refusal. What happens next depends on whether we already have a card:
- A card on file: the account connects immediately and the subscription quantity adjusts in the background. No checkout, no interruption.
- No card yet: the account is parked and you are sent to a checkout. Abandon it and the account is released within 48 hours, along with the access tokens it was holding.
- Disconnecting an account releases the seat and credits the remainder of the period.
The self-serve ceiling
Past 3,000 connected accounts, self-serve stops and the answer becomes a conversation rather than a price. Nobody has reached it.
Posts
not meteredPosts are not metered on any plan. Draft, schedule and publish as many as you like — connected accounts are the only thing counted, which is the whole shape of per-account pricing.
What used to consume a post
Nothing does now. Until 2026-08-31 a post reaching scheduled, published spent one from a per-cycle allowance; drafts and failures never did. The counting still exists in the code but no plan sets a limit for it to check against.
Media uploads
Two ceilings apply to anything you upload, before the platform gets a say:
- Images up to 10.00 MB
- Video and PDF up to 100.00 MB
Post statuses
A post moves through four states. Only two of them consume quota.

| draft | Written and saved, going nowhere until you schedule or publish it. Free, unlimited, and editable. |
| scheduled | Queued with a delivery time. Consumes a post from the cycle at the moment it is scheduled, not when it goes out. |
| published | Delivered to the platform. Metrics start arriving within a few hours. |
| failed | The platform refused it, or a check refused it before the platform saw it. The post is kept, with the reason on it. |
When a post fails
The reason is stored on the post and shown in the app. A failure does not consume quota and does not retry on its own — most are content the platform will refuse every time, such as a video over that network's duration ceiling, and retrying without changing it produces the same answer.
