Limits and allowances
What is included, what is metered, and what happens when a post cannot go out.
Connected accounts
2 includedEvery workspace includes 2 connected social accounts at no cost. There is no trial clock on them and no card required to reach that number. Connected accounts are the only thing you pay for. Posts have no monthly quota on any plan, only the daily and queue limits below.
Crossing the allowance
Connecting one more is a purchase rather than a refusal. What happens next depends on whether we already have a card:
- A card on file: the account connects immediately and the subscription quantity adjusts in the background. No checkout, no interruption.
- No card yet: the account is parked and you are sent to a checkout. Abandon it and the account is released within 48 hours, along with the access tokens it was holding.
- Disconnecting an account releases the seat and credits the remainder of the period.
The self-serve ceiling
Past 3,000 connected accounts, self-serve stops and the answer becomes a conversation rather than a price. Nobody has reached it.
Daily posting limits
per accountDrafts, workspaces and campaigns are unlimited, and there is no monthly post cap. What is limited is how many posts one connected account sends in any rolling 24 hours, per platform. Accounts on a paid plan get the higher figure.

Why there is a limit
The platforms restrict accounts that post in bursts, and they can restrict the app that sent them, which would stop posting for every Antwork user. These figures sit at or under what the platforms tolerate, and above anything a person posting by hand reaches.
What happens at the limit
Scheduling a post into a 24 hours that is already full is refused straight away with daily_cap_reached, and the draft is kept. Schedule it a few hours later. A post that still meets a full window when it goes out is marked failed with the same reason, and nothing is published.
Scheduled posts per account
One account can hold up to 100 scheduled posts at a time on the free plan, and 1,000 on a paid one. Scheduling past that is refused with schedule_queue_full, and the draft is kept. Schedule more once some have published.
X and Threads
Both restrict accounts that repeat themselves or post in bursts. On X and Threads, a post that repeats a recent one on the same account is refused with duplicate_post, and one that would go out within 30 minutes of another post on that account is refused with posting_too_close.
Media uploads
These ceilings apply to anything you upload, before the platform gets a say:
- Images up to 10 MB
- Video and PDF up to 1 GB
- Files added with Add media on the post card in your AI, up to 20 MB
- Files your AI adds from a link, up to 100 MB
Post statuses
A post moves through four states. Three of them are routine; the fourth is the one worth reading.

| published | Delivered to the platform. Metrics start arriving within a few hours. |
| failed | The platform refused it, or a check refused it before the platform saw it. The post is kept, with the reason on it. |
When a post fails
The reason is stored on the post and shown in the app. A failure does not consume quota and does not retry on its own — most are content the platform will refuse every time, such as a video over that network's duration ceiling, and retrying without changing it produces the same answer.
