Antwork publishes standard updates: text up to 1,500 characters and up to 1 JPEG or PNG photo of up to 5 MB. A photo Google would refuse for its format or size is converted to a JPEG first where it can be. Video, events, offers and buttons are not supported yet.

Can you schedule posts on Google Business Profile?

How do I connect my business?

Sign in with the Google account that owns or manages the Business Profile and allow Antwork to manage it on Google's screen. Antwork then lists every location that account can reach, and you tick the ones this workspace posts to. Each location is its own account.

What can a Google Business Profile post include?

Through Antwork, a standard update: text up to 1,500 characters and up to 1 JPEG or PNG photo of up to 5 MB. Video, events, offers and call-to-action buttons are not supported yet.

Can I post to several locations at once?

Yes. Each location is its own account, so your AI drafts a version for each one you pick and they go out together, one post per location.

Why can't my location publish?

Google lets only a verified location publish updates. Verify it in your Business Profile first, then publish again from Antwork. Source: Google Business Profile Help

Can I delete an update from Antwork?

Yes. Delete it in Antwork and choose to remove it from Google Business Profile too, and it leaves your profile.

Does Antwork show views for Google Business Profile posts?
