The cut is approximate: LinkedIn folds long posts behind “see more” after the first few lines, and where depends on the screen. Make the first line earn the click.

FAQ

Questions about formatting LinkedIn posts.

Does bold text actually work on LinkedIn?
LinkedIn posts have no formatting of their own. The formatter swaps your letters for Unicode lookalikes, which LinkedIn shows exactly as pasted: in the feed, in comments and on the mobile app.
Is styled text bad for accessibility or search?
Screen readers can spell styled letters out one by one, and LinkedIn search does not match them to plain words. Use styling for a hook or a heading line, not for whole paragraphs.
How long can a LinkedIn post be?
Up to 3,000 characters. The counter under the editor shows how close you are.
Where does “see more” cut my post?
After the first few lines, and where exactly depends on the screen. That is why the preview has a desktop and a mobile view: check that your hook lands above the cut on both.
Does the tool keep what I write?
No. Formatting happens in your browser and nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Can Antwork post it for me?
Yes. Connect LinkedIn and your AI assistant, Claude, ChatGPT or another, then ask it to schedule the post. The formatting comes through as you see it here.
