How Threads behaves

Threads is a morning network. Buffer's analysis of 2.5 million posts puts its single best slot at Thursday 9 AM, with weekday mornings between 6 and 11 AM consistently ahead of everything else. Wednesday, Thursday and Tuesday are the strongest days, Saturday the weakest, and the evening hours from 6 to 11 PM underperform.

That is the opposite of the pattern people expect from an Instagram sibling, and it is measured rather than assumed: Buffer reports median engagement by hour and day, in the audience's local time. Check your own Threads insights once you have a few weeks of posts.
